Sending parcels to Denmark or abroad

For parcels within Denmark, use a Post Nord parcel label (red tray "LABELS for Danish parcels" in the mail shelf at the Information Office). Write weight of parcel and receiver's address on the label. Place the adhesive part of the label on the parcel and put the copy of the label in the black box marked "Flagpost". Then put the parcel on the mail shelf  OUTGOING EXTERNAL MAIL (NON-AU DESTINATIONS) where it will be picked up by the Internal Postal Service.

If you want to send a parcel abroad, use the special label (red tray "LABELS for parcels going abroad" in the mail shelf at the Information Office) for sending parcels abroad and fill in the label info. Carefully extract the customer copy before placing the adhesive label on the parcel. The customer copy is to be put in the black box marked "Flagpost". Then put the parcel on the mail shelf  OUTGOING EXTERNAL MAIL (NON-AU DESTINATIONS) where it will be picked up by the Internal Postal Service.
