At Aarhus University, a workplace evaluation (APV) is worked out for each workplace. Evaluations are accomplished every third year and survey both physical and psychological working environment in order to illustrate possible problems. A plan of action is planned in order to solve concrete problems and improvement will take place in pace with technical and economic opportunities.
If you experience problems you are not able to solve by yourself, you don't have to wait to the next formal APV.
Instead, contact your nearest leader or working environment organisation at the Department. Then we can do something right away.
