Place letters to be sent by mail in the pigeonhole EKSTERN POST UD at the Information Office. They will be picked up by the internal mail service twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon.
Registered letters are to be marked by /R/ using a black marker, and a post-it note is to be attached to the letter giving the text (in Danish): "Skal sendes anbefalet". Place the letter in the pigeonhole EKSTERN POST UD.
For parcels to Denmark, use a Post Danmark parcel label (in the red tray at the Information Office). Write weight of parcel and receiver's address on the label. Place the adhesive part of the label on the parcel and deposit the copy of the label in the black box marked "Flagpost". Then deposit the parcel in the pigeonhole EKSTERN POST UD where it will be picked up by the post service.
If you want to send a parcel abroad, use the special label (in the red tray at the Information Office) for sending parcels abroad and fill it in. Carefully extract the customer copy before placing the adhesive label on the parcel. The customer copy is to be deposited in the black box marked "Flagpost". Then deposit the parcel in the pigeonhole EKSTERN POST UD.
